Power of music and images, familiar songs in a new form, and first of all great voice and charisma - these words can sum up the monumental spectacle with Peter Gabriel admired by over 11 thousand people on sunday night, during final concert of LFO 2012. Before the stage was taken by the former leader of Genesis, artists such as Teddy Jr., Antwerp Gipsy-Ska Orkestra and Kroke (vocally supported by Anna Maria Jopek) presented their music at the MOSiR stadium. »

Maroon Town, Sara Lugo, Shachar Gilad and Dżem - these bands filled Old Market Square in Oswiecim with the sounds of various types of music from different parts of the world during the multi-ethnic concert. »
The second day of LFO was filled by artistic feelings. Opening of a mural by Andrzej Pągowski and the documentary movie "Eyes and Ears of God" by Tomo Križnar was a part of non-music events. But perfection of the evening was Krystyna Janda, who could be seen during frying eggs and wearing pink dressing-gown while performing famous monodrama "Shirley Valentine" on the Oświęcim’s Culture Centre stage. »
The third edition of Life Festival Oświęcim started with a concert "Give Peace a Chance" performed by Orchestra of the Karol Szymanowski Philharmonic in Cracow. It was conducted by a Polish conductor, composer and jazz violinist Krzesimir Dębski. On the stage he was accompanied by his brilliant soloists: Nizioł Bartholomew, Matthew Smoczyński and Paul Kaczmarczyk. »

„Together Against Racism”, „Stop Hate Speech!”, “Weapon Under Control” – these are some of the educational projects of Life Festival Oświęcim 2012. Besides, there will be “Talking Heads” in various locations in the city and an exposition „Aktion Reinhardt – Holocaust in the General Government”. »
40 days before their concert at Life Festival Oświęcim Antwerp Gipsy-Ska Orkestra performs a singing invitation to the show. The short song, recorded especially for us, proves that it will be one of the most entertaining moments of the festival. »
